Access to and use of this website (hereinafter “site”) and the products and services available throughout this website (collectively referred to as the “services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notes (the “Terms & Conditions”). By using this site and its services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms & Conditions, as may be updated from time to time. You should read the Terms & Conditions carefully and check this page regularly to take notice of any changes. If you do not agree to the Terms & Conditions, you should not use the services of this site.
AENALIA (hereinafter “AENALIA” or “we” or “us” or “our”), which operates the online shop www.aenalia.com is the trading name of KRITIKOU AIKATERINI TOU DIMITRIOU, a company registered in Greece. The company’s address is 11, Litous Street, 19009, Rafina, Greece. Our VAT number is 115318130 (Tax Office of Pallini). You can contact AENALIA at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please contact us on any question, feedback, comment or complaint you might have.
We may modify the Terms & Conditions from time to time. Please read the terms and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the terms, then you should stop using the site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order, unless we are obliged to make the change by law.
Please note that this site is provided solely for your personal use. You are not allowed to use this site for any commercial purpose.
You will be personally responsible for your use of this site and for all your activities on this site. If you violate the terms, your access to this site on a temporary or permanent basis may be denied at AENALIA’s discretion.
You are required to sign up in order to make the most of the services and features available in our site. Upon registration, you will be asked to provide your current, accurate, full personal information. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify AENALIA immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account.
Through your user account you can:
– refer to all your past orders.
– automatically have your shipping details filled out each time you make an order.
– add products to your Wishlist to run back to whenever you feel like it.
To make purchases on this site, you will be required to provide your personal details, such as your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information, according to the form provided on our website, as well as payment details. By submitting an order to us, you represent and warrant that the provided payment details are both valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.
If you are under 18 years of age, please do not register with this site. Under no circumstances, AENALIA will not accept orders from those under 18.
You are eligible to use this website if you:
– have agreed to the Terms & Conditions of the site.
– have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to AENALIA.
– have authorized AENALIA to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the ordered products.
We reserve the right to cancel your order if one of the following occurs:
– your payment is not authorized.
– there is no delivery service available in your location.
– you don’t agree to the Terms & Conditions of our site.
– one or more of the ordered items was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via e-mail on email@example.com within one (1) hour from the completion of your order. You will be notified on when you will be reimbursed if you have already made the payment.
If repeated cancellations occur (more than twice), we reserve the right to refuse to accept any orders from you in the future.
Each product is either immediately available or made to order in 15 working days.
AENALIA gives you the option to customise your AENALIA piece. By hitting the “BESPOKE” button below the “ADD TO CART” you are prompt to fill in the form indicating the material as well as the stones of your choice.
Please note that we request full payment before proceeding with the creation of your custom-made piece. After receiving and processing your request, we will inform you of its total cost by e-mail. Please allow approximately 15 working days for delivery.
AENALIA is headquartered in Greece and all our transactions are in Euros (€). You will be billed in Euros. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please note, that if you purchase from a country which has other currency than Euros, then currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card.

The shipping costs are paid by the customer and they are automatically calculated during the ordering procedure.
Shipping within Greece is free.
International shipping is free for orders over 300 euros.
The Cash on Delivery service is not available.
AENALIA does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Extra charges may apply for remote locations.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and major public holidays. AENALIA shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or any other circumstances beyond our control.
When the order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number and a direct link to monitor the status of your order. Orders are delivered between 9 am and 5 pm. Please make sure that someone will be available to receive and sign for your delivery. In case no one is available for the delivery, the courier will leave a message with a contact number you must call to arrange for your re-delivery. Undelivered orders will be returned to us after a period of one week. In this case, re-deliveries will be charged with additional shipping fees.
In case the delivery falls through due to the courier’s fault, we arrange a new delivery within 3 business days with no extra charge whatsoever.
All AENALIA products are provided to you in a special packaging that ensures that they will get to you absolutely secured and at excellent condition. If you have detected that your package is tainted or tampered with, AENALIA does not assume responsibility. Please contact us to arrange a replacement for your order.
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without having to announce the reason why you want to return the products, within fourteen (14) calendar days after the products have been delivered to you. This suggests that you will have to make your decision clear to AENALIA before the end of the 14th day as stated above. For you to actually withdraw from the purchase contract, the following requirements should be met: the product should be in its original, perfect condition, never used in any way, should come in its original packaging with no apparent damages or tears including all of its original components. Make sure you fill out the Unjustifiable Withdrawal Form you will find here and include it in your package. Your package must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice of purchase.
You will be reimbursed with the full amount of your order including the delivery expenses. The money will be refunded in the same way as it was received buy us in the initial payment within 14 days from the day we received your return. If you choose to receive your refund in another way of that of the original charge, you will be responsible for any extra fees that may arise by that choice. The delivery expenses for your return is your responsibility and you are free to choose whichever delivery method is available to you. We reserve the right to dismiss the withdrawal if one or more of the above requirements are not met.
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your original order. For us to accept the return, the product must be in its original condition (not worn), accompanied by the original invoice, receipt of purchase and in its original packaging. You can find the returns note here and include it in your package. Concerning the returns, you can refer to the following situations:
– Exchange (you eventually changed your mind)
In this case, after we receive back the product you bought in the first place in its original condition, you will be getting a discount coupon to use in your next order equal to the price of the item you returned. Any delivery charges that arise during this whole process is your responsibility.
– Wrong product
In this case, after we get back the product you mistakenly received in its original condition, we’ll send out the right one within 3 business days from the delivery without additional charge.
– Defective product
If you discover there is a flaw in your AENALIA piece of jewellery within 14 days from delivery, we will replace or repair it with no extra charge, unless this is impossible or requires unjustified expenses on our behalf. After receiving the defective product, we will send out a replacement within 3 working days from the delivery. If the specific product is out of stock, you will be getting an e-mail informing you about the date of the delivery.
Please note, where returns are free, this policy is limited to one exchange only.
The money will be refunded in the same way as it was received by us in the initial payment within 14 days from the day we received your return. If you choose to receive your refund in another way of that of the original charge, you will be responsible for any extra fees that may arise by that choice.
AENALIA reserves the right to dismiss the return if one or more of the above requirements are not met.
All AENALIA handcrafted jewellery can be repaired. You can contact us and get an estimate on the cost of the repair beforehand and send your piece of jewellery back to us (this delivery will come at your expense) at AENALIA, 11, Litous Street, 19009, Rafina, Greece, accompanied by the original receipt of purchase and your contact details. You will be informed about the final cost of the repair via telephone or e-mail.
